Thank you for visiting my online teaching and research portfolio. I’m a drugs policy researcher and Professor on the Criminal Justice degree at Humber College in Toronto, Canada. My work focuses on drugs policy, with an emphasis on both cannabis and harm reduction. I also studying policing of drugs and community policing practices.

Check out my latest project, Weed Out Misinformation, a public education campaign about cannabis. We talked to cannabis consumers about what they wanted in a public education campaign, and built one based on harm reduction and benefit maximization.
